hello I’m Jacqueline
I love big ass salads, messy burgers, tacos, tequila & cupcakes. I’ve tried everything when it comes to fitness and diet – CrossFit, paleo, vegan, intermittent fasting, shakes & juice cleanses – seriously, everything! All of these attempts left me confused, overwhelmed, and still overweight. Eventually, I learned that the only way to get my most confident body was to prioritize myself. Once I decided I was worthy of the investment, I hired a coach, learned how to do the deeper work (psst it isn’t just about the food!) & found a sustainable way to finally keep the weight off for good all while eating the foods I love!
